On Restriction
When the nurse told me on Saturday night in the Triage unit that I wouldn't be able to lift anything heavy, I specifically asked her "How heavy is heavy?" She said, "You can most definately not pick up your children." I knew that would be hard, but I had no idea how hard. Ben takes off his shoes all the time, and it's been cold. Also, I have to be able help my kids get down the stairs even when they don't want to go. I'm not sure how much longer I can do this, but I don't want to end up on full bed rest. So, I am going in for my BPP test tomorrow at one. I'm really hoping that I can get off restriction afterward, but things aren't looking good for that. I thought I was supposed to get the test today, but they couldn't get me in. It's a really busy office, so I'm not surprised. I guess I'll let people know how things go again tomorrow.
