Th...Its really hard to keep up with a healthy diet. Those Smart for Life cookies look interesting but expensive. I bought the eat this, not that books and those are really helpful, especially if you eat out a lot, because it gives you an idea of what is the healthiest choice on the menu. I've decided to give up sodas and that has been so hard. I am down to maybe a can of soda a day. But I know thats more than I should drink. I'm trying to make it a habit of only drinking water when I'm thirsty and also to drink a glass of water when I'm feeling hungry just to make sure its hunger not dehydration. Its hard and my belly is not as toned as it used to be or could be. Also a good sugar replacement is Stevia.
